I'm talking about interesting and hot exotic destinations and separately talking about the countries where you can go without a visa and where to have an inexpensive vacation.

Thailand
Thailand is the number 1 country for those who want to relax in January 2021 by the sea. We have gone on vacation to Tai three times already and will definitely return again. We love him for excellent yarns and nature, pleasant climate, low prices and delicious food.
Where to go... In Pattaya, food, accommodation and tours are cheaper, but the beaches and nature in Phuket are better. Choose where to go - to Pattaya or Phuket.
Weather. In January, Thailand has the best beach holiday and excellent weather conditions. The sun is shining, the water in the sea is +26 ... + 28 ° С, the air temperature is about + 30 ° С. India (Goa)

You can have a good sea holiday in January 2021 in Ceylon. We traveled around the island for a month - we really liked it. Nature there is just space!

Things to do. Most of all, in Ceylon, we were impressed by nature: we went on a safari and watched the whales - it is quite inexpensive and very exciting. Be sure to go to the mountains, to the village of Ella - this is Paradise on Earth. Also go surfing or fishing. In Ratnapura, you can go down to the mines and see how sapphires are mined. There are many excursions on the island: to tea plantations, to an elephant nursery and a turtle farm, to the sacred mountain of Adam and to Buddhist temples.
Mexico
Many believe that the best beach holiday in January 2021 is to be found in the Caribbean, such as Mexico. We spent last January in Cancun and were very surprised at what a wonderful climate there is! Much fresher and more pleasant than in the tropics of Asia. And the sea there is simply incomparable, no worse than in the Maldives. In general, I can safely recommend it. In addition, I was convinced from personal experience that you can have an inexpensive vacation in Mexico.
Weather. Warm and sunny: during the day +27 ... + 30 ° С, at night +19 ... + 21 ° С, sea water temperature + 24 ° С. There is little precipitation and they usually fall at night.
Things to do. Dolphins and giant sea turtles can be seen here, and the coral reefs are among the largest in the world. Tourists explore volcanoes, caves, cenotes, Mayan pyramids and colonial architecture.
Cuba
Cuba is another country where it is warm in January 2021 and you can relax by the sea. We went to Cuba last year, celebrated the New Year there and were completely delighted with the country - be sure to read the link why Cuba is so good and why every traveler should visit there.

Nevertheless, the air temperature is confidently kept at around + 30 ° С, the water in the ocean is + 27 ° С, but in the mountains it is a little colder.
Things to do. In January, in addition to a beach holiday, you can go surfing, kiting, diving and deep-sea fishing. Mauritius has unique bays, lagoons, volcanoes, waterfalls and sugar plantations. Visit national parks and reserves and observe exotic animals and birds.

Keep in mind that in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus in January it is no longer possible to swim in the sea - it is too cold.
