That is, the cost of tickets (in terms of rubles) for low-cost airlines has increased more than for airlines flying from Moscow and other Russian cities. However, if you are unable to find cheap tickets to Barcelona for specific dates or if you live near Finland and the Baltic countries, then it makes sense to check the ticket prices for flights from the airports of these countries.
