My selection of the coolest apartments in Paris for 50-90 € per night. A bunch of cool and stylish options: an attic, an artist's apartment, and trendy apartments with a modern design. Take your pick!

In Paris, you need to live in Airbnb apartments, not creepy expensive hotels or crowded hostels. The price-performance ratio will be perfect. Here I will show you the coolest apartments in Paris that I collected when I was looking for accommodation for my trip. All options are fire! Go!

I calculated the price per day, taking into account all service fees and cleaning fees - in general, this is the real total price.

How to spend less on housing in Paris

Forget about hotels, choose apartments and apartments. In terms of area, they are larger than hotel rooms and are much cheaper - 2-3 times.

Rent a home with a kitchen: a microwave oven and dishes will be enough. This will help you keep your food costs down. Instead of 40-100 € per day for two, you will keep within 10-20 €.

Take housing on the outskirts of the city, but close to the metro... Apartments near landmarks will be expensive. I think it is better to spend 3 € per day on the metro than paying 50-100 € more for housing.

Come in low season - prices are falling and there are fewer tourists. We went in October, we liked it.

Book your accommodation for a week - often a 5-20% discount appears for this period.

Book your accommodation in Paris at least 3-4 months in advance, otherwise all good things will be sorted out before you. I'm not kidding, be in time.

Our Parisian apartment for 50 €

For our vacation, I chose one of the most inexpensive and at the same time authentic options. The apartment is typically Parisian and real, with a soul, and not made purely for rent. The owner has gone somewhere and is currently renting out his house. All his belongings remained in the apartment: books, postcards, souvenirs, pianos, masks, hats and a bunch of all kinds of decor. Junk, someone will say, but all this creates coziness and makes the house alive and warm. The neighbors at the entrance are French, not Chinese tourists. Quiet, calm, good!

  • 15 minutes from Montmartre.
  • 3 minutes to the metro. Drive to the very center for 15-20 minutes.
  • The area on the border of the city and the suburbs, slightly emigrant, but calm.

UPD. It seems that the owner has returned and is not yet renting out the apartment (there are no free dates on the site). Perhaps, then it will start to pass again - check.

Artist's House - 64 €

This is a very special option! The apartment of a real artist, his canvases are even kept in the house (though he asks guests not to rummage around in this room). The apartment is stylishly decorated and located outside the city in a quiet area. Kitchen, internet, everything you need is there. True, there is no metro nearby, but there is a RER and a bus stop - you can get to the center in half an hour.

The reviews are excellent and the owner is a super host.

I looked closely at this option for a long time, but still chose another: a little cheaper and closer to the metro. Eh, it was a difficult choice!

In general, I recommend it. Then you will remember for a long time about such housing.

Blue studio - 82 €

Looks great, lots of great reviews, high rating - 4.9. Located in the suburbs, but 2 minutes walk to the metro. The apartment is fully equipped for guests: internet, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster.

Poet's nest - 70 €

Paintings, old masks, books, figurines, bedspreads - the owner has his own atmosphere there. If you are a connoisseur of such aesthetics, then take it - you will not regret it. The apartment seems to be cluttered, but people note its cleanliness. Located near Montmartre. Housing appraisal - 4.7.

Tanya's apartment - 47 €

District 19, metro nearby. Small but nice apartment. The reviews are good, the score is 4.1. One downside is no Wi-Fi. There is a kitchen and utensils, but there seems to be no microwave oven.

Studio in Montmartre - 71 €

Good location in a legendary neighborhood that is a landmark in itself. The apartment is nice in the photo, everything you need is available, but the tenants have complaints about cleanliness (see reviews).

Studio at pl. Republic - 62 €

This apartment is located very close to the center of Paris, not far from the Marais quarter, which makes the apartment particularly interesting. The interior is simple, no decor. But this is an attic overlooking the Parisian rooftops, and this adds color.

Score - 4.3.

Curiosity room - 82 €

This is a two-room apartment: bedroom + living room. There are many interesting details and interior items here, hence the name. See all photos to understand the specifics of this option. The area is pleasant, it is practically Montmartre.

Romantic apartment in Montmartre - 90 €

The photo looks cool and cozy. Two rooms, good size. Excellent rating - 4.8.

Bright apartment by the park - 62 €

Large, bright, sunny studio with an area of 30 sq. m. The apartment is located next to the favorite park of Parisians - Buttes-Chaumont. We were there, really very beautiful!

The interior of the apartment is bright, there are pictures, interesting furniture - it looks cozy. I was also seriously looking at this apartment.

Score - 4.7.

Parisian nest in the heart of the city - 81 €

Indeed, the very center of the city, next to the center of Pompidou. It looks cozy and tidy. True, there are few free dates. Score - 4.6.

Although it is outside the city, people really like the location of the apartment. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the metro along a beautiful street, near the RER, and to the Eiffel Tower it takes only 20 minutes. It is green, quiet and calm around.

The house has a rich collection of vinyl records, because of which I, as a connoisseur of vinyl, almost fell out and did not book this place. Area - 30 sq. m.

Housing assessment is high - 4.8.
