The apartment has an unrealistically high rating - exactly 5 points based on 50 reviews. To be honest, this is very rare: usually at least a few tourists will find something to complain about and the rating of even the coolest apartments is most often kept at the level of 4.7-4.9 points. And here is a solid five! Very worthy, especially for our south.
