The site is in Turkish and English, but everything is intuitive. Just in the search - where it says Name of Facility - enter the name of the hotel you are interested in and click the green Search button. If the hotel has received a certificate, next to its name there will be a green inscription Certificate given and the date of its issue. If on the website of the ministry opposite the name of your hotel there is a gray inscription Certification progress, then the hotel is only receiving certification.
