Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a small bowl, we begin to mix lemon juice and salt, rub with the composition of the fish carcass and put it in the refrigerator. Cut the garlic into thin layers, mix it with dill, parsley, cheese and milk. Now we need to overlay each of our trout carcasses with pieces of bacon, three pieces of bacon for each carcass will be just right. Trout will be cooked in a tandoor for 35 minutes.

During this time, we finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. Add the chicken broth, after putting the rosemary in it, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
