Consider all the best beaches in Nha Trang according to reviews of tourists and personal experience of visiting Vietnam. We will find good hotels near for families with children. We will draw up a map of the coast, find out how to get to the coast, how to get there and where is the best beach.

Every vacationing tourist sooner or later begins to look for places where there are fewer people, cleaner water and finer sand, and this is what I have been doing for several weeks, looking for a good beach for swimming, I do not like to sit in one place and drink fresh.

As for the places I visited, there is, of course, a difference in comparison with the city's 7-kilometer beach, which was visited by every tourist who came to rest in Vietnam. In the city, you can find several wild places away from tourists with white sand and palm trees near the water, they are actually what will be discussed.

The best beaches of Nha Trang

  • Nha Trang City Beach
  • Doc Let
  • Bai Dai
  • Paragon
  • Jungle Beach

Of course, it is clear that each coast has sand and sea, but this is not the point, all these beaches are significantly different from each other, there is a place for solitude, there is a place for a walk along the coast for about 5 kilometers, there is a place for surfing, and so on. Further. Of course, all tourists have their own opinion about each coast in their reviews, and you should have it after reading the article. Especially if you have not visited any of the places on the list, then you will already know exactly where to visit.

City Beach in Nha Trang

One of the most visited beaches in Vietnam, has the longest coastline of all the coasts near the city, this beach is visited daily by every tourist vacationing in Nha Trang, the entire Vietnamese population of the city spends time here in the mornings and evenings, it is this beach that attracts tourists to relax in Vietnam from all over the world. What is the urban coastline really like?

In fact, the sand under your feet will be coarse (yellowish), you will not find any white sand here, most of the sand is small shells, after a storm and every day after lunch it is dirty here, the water is muddy and very rarely clean. As for the rubbish, they clean it up here, but I didn't get any better impression from this place. Sometimes the water is clear, but not for long, have time to swim from 6 to 11 in the morning, then there is a chance to catch a more transparent and calm sea.

But the point is not that there is a lot of garbage and muddy water, but every evening you can walk along the embankment, sit on a bench under a palm tree, go to a cafe in the European quarter and eat seafood overlooking the sea, other beaches of Nha Trang for relaxation (Nha Trang) such civilization and such romanticism will not give you, here you can spend an evening more saturated. For the wilderness advocates of the ‘Bounty’ advertisements, there are very different places from the urban one, I mean Bai Dai and the other coasts on my list.

Bai Dai

If you are a supporter of relaxing away from the mass influx of tourists and love wild beaches where no one will disturb you, then the best solution would be Nachanga beach called Bai Dai. The local population rarely comes here, and tourists are very rare. Sometimes you can watch fishermen, but as a rule fishermen come here only in the morning and in the evening, so at this place you will be completely alone, why not romance?

As for the Bai Dai coast and the sea, the water here is always clear, the coastline is full of organic debris, especially after a storm, but this does not really spoil the impression when you lie on the seashore under the sun and listen only to the sound of the waves. The sand, here it is white, pleasant to the touch, and fine as dust, here it is real wild sand, which many tourists never see while resting for a standard two weeks on the city beach of Nha Trang, which is a pity.

As for the infrastructure, over the past three years more and more tourists are starting to learn about this place, cafes and chic hotels with sun loungers have begun to appear here, so don't worry about shelter from the scorching sun, but at the expense of noise, you can still have time to rest away from hustle and bustle and people. As for the Bai Dai coast, ten years later, now the entire coastline has been bought by large hotel chains and several places have already begun construction, and soon this place will be number one.

It was here that I rested for a couple of days, having booked the Dessole Sea Lion Beach Ressort hotel. If you like to travel with package tours, then I booked last-minute deals and just package tours at inexpensive prices on Travelata, here it really comes out cheaper than through a travel agency, I recommend all these sites based on my personal experience in planning an inexpensive beach holiday!

How to get to Bai Dai

How to get to Bai Dai, if you decide to get from Cam Ranh airport to the city on your own, then turn to the sea after leaving the airport (about 4 kilometers from the airport), I advise you to turn off at the Dessole hotel, there is a cleaner beach and very few tourists, not counting the territory of Dessole. If you decide to get from Nha Trang to the Bai Dai coast, then it will be a little expensive by taxi, about 450,000 VND (according to the counter of 650,000 VND), cheaper to rent a bike and also go to the lapel to the Dessole hotel or any other lapel to the sea.

Location map

Zoclet (Doc Let)

Perhaps the closest beach to advertising ‘Bounty’ is Zoklet or Doklet, on the map it is designated as Doc Let, so I still cannot understand what is the difference between the two names, the place is one. What is this coastline like? White sand and a few palm trees almost at the very shore of the sea, there are no tourists here, apparently too lazy to drive 47 kilometers north of the city.

The only disadvantage of this place is the fishing boats, which are almost near the coast, but you can go a little further from them, no one will bother you from the people, only fishermen from the nearby fishing village go here. The waves on this coast seemed to me less than on the city one, so a beach vacation in Nha Trang with a child here will be excellent. Nearby there are cafes and several hotels that are allowed to the beach for an additional fee, but we do not go there, but we make our way for free along a country road through the village to the sea.

How to get to Zoklet beach (Doc Let)

There are several ways to get to Zoklet beach: taxi, excursion, bike. As for a taxi, driving 47 kilometers to the north from the city ‘will take a pretty penny’, so we discard this method. As for the excursion, local tour agencies offer tours from 10 to 30 dollars, the price depends on the ‘filling’ of the excursion, the excursion will be ideal for a family with a child. Well, for those who like to travel independently of the others, they will choose a bike, they will have to ride for about 1 hour. 20 minutes.

If you eat on your own, then I advise you to be guided by the cafe 'U Ten', here you can have a delicious meal, plus the owner will show you the way to get to Zoklet beach for free. If you suddenly ran into the White Sand Doclet hotel, then we go around it from the north side and get right where I was.

Jungle Beach

It will be more difficult to get here, but it will be worth it. The place is not particularly different from all the others, there is still the same white sand and a gentle entrance to the sea, but it is fundamentally different in nature, which is expressed in rocky mountains with clouds located especially low in this place and dense greenery, which can be called the jungle. Of the minuses, I think the moment is that the area is open and there are always waves, winds often blow, well, for some it will even be a plus, I mean windsurfers.

How to get to Jungle Beach?

On the AH1 highway, which will lead you north of Nha Trang, you will need to get to the Huyndai plant, they are engaged in the construction of ships, we go around the plant from the south side and you are on the beach, you can also rent a bungalow right here with access to the beach, the cost from $ 27 per day ...

Paragon

Well, the last beach in Nha Trang for rest, called Paragon, is ideal for families with children. Its name comes from the name of the ‘Paragon Hotel’ located in the city, in principle, the beach itself belongs to the hotel, but you can come here and relax without settling. The only thing they can ask for is to pay for a sunbed. The cost of renting a sunbed is 3 dollars.

The coast itself is very small, but the point here is that it is surrounded by breakwaters, so the water is always clear and you will not see any waves here, this place will be ideal for swimming your child. As for the embankment, there are villas on a huge territory, when you get here, you will have the feeling that you are in an expensive quarter with elite housing, in the evening it is especially beautiful to walk here, romance, we take note of this place.

How to get to Paragon Beach

You can get to this beach in Nha Trang by taxi and bike from the city center, the place itself is located almost next to the Winprel cable car, so finding this beach will not be difficult. I spread the location on the map. In orange, like on all other beach maps, I circled the coastline where you can relax.

Summing up the article, I can advise you to definitely visit the Bai Dai coast and stroll along the Paragon Beach, walks here at sunset will surprise you with their spectacle and simply beautiful villas. If you decide to find yourself on a wild beach alone with your thoughts, then Bai Dai is at your service.

If you suddenly liked the article, I will be very grateful to you for your comments, I think if you share with my readers information about vacations in Vietnam, which will be very useful for them on their next vacation, they will be able to find answers to their questions. Also, do not forget to join my tourism group, it is also very interesting there.
